- Report Data: When you create a report, we store the information you provide. This includes the name of the reported user, their Twitch ID, proof and log links provided by you, the reason for the report, and your own username as the reporting person.
- Channel Settings: We store the Twitch channels you have selected to interact with.
- Blacklist Data: We maintain a list of Twitch users (ID and name) who are excluded from the service.
- Usage Data: Every time you access our site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamp of access are temporarily stored in server log files. This serves to ensure the functionality and security of the service.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Provision of the Online Offer: Authentication and provision of the core functions of the platform (creating and managing reports, channel selection).
- Security: Detection of misuse and protection of our systems.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary for the pursuit of our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so. The data received via Twitch is only processed within our platform.

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to achieve the processing purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
- Session Data: Is deleted after the session expires or after you log out.
- Account Data: Remains stored as long as your account with us exists.
- Report Data: Is stored in accordance with internal guidelines for traceability and moderation and is deleted after a review of its necessity.

- to request the restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.
- to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR (data portability).
- to withdraw your once given consent to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR.
- to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
8. Right to Object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. If you wish to exercise your right to object, an e-mail to the address mentioned above is sufficient.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g., when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
